If I could give 10 stars I would. Elaine and her team fought tooth and nail for me to reach a settlement that dignified the harm done that left me with an illness that is incurable and debilitating each day. The team at Tracey Solicitors, especially Elaine and Donna, are second to none and deserve the biggest acknowledgment for their unbelievable knowledge and never-ending kindness to me and my family. They constantly kept in contact with updates and timelines and explanations of every single minor detail in way I could understand. They even contacted us to let us know if there were no updates but to reassure me, they were always keeping the pressure on to avoid unnecessary stalling or delays. On the day of the settlement hearing, Elaine, and another outstanding gentleman of who I can’t remember his name went back and forth 6 TIMES over many hours to demand a respectable amount for the damages done to me (lifelong neurological illness). My illness will always be with me and no amount can take that away, but their expertise and commitment made it so that I could buy a home mortgage free and although the money doesn’t change my health condition, that settlement and their enduring efforts gave me the psychological and emotional closure I so badly needed. My illness is not very common and unlike other solicitors they made it their business to know my conditions inside and out so they could fight my case with all the facts. Words will never capture how grateful I am to all that work there.
