We Value Our People

Tracey Solicitors is an Irish solicitors firm based in Dublin, Ireland. We draw on our 30 years of experience to provide our clients with expert advice and legal services. We are very proud of being officially a Great Place to Work® and the only solicitors in Ireland to have achieved the Excellence Through People Award in 2014 and 2015.

Culture & Values

Our mission is to make the law accessible to all, and this is a belief that’s reflected in everything we do as a firm. Our clients are at the heart of everything we stand for, and we go to extraordinary lengths to make sure that we deliver legal advice in terms that are easily understood to native and non-native speakers alike.

Respectful Environment

We’re a total of thirty-one individuals with very different personalities — but we’re united by a sense of good humour and a mutual respect for each other’s contribution to the firm. We get a huge level of job satisfaction from assisting clients at some of the most difficult and demanding times of their lives.

Work Life Balance

We work hard — but not to the exclusion of ‘having a life’ — and we believe that staff who have a broad range of outside interests are a much more rounded addition to the team. Our staff turnover is the true arbiter of what we’re like to work for, and we’re proud to say that we’ve lost very few of our team to rival firms over the years.
