Paul Tracey has been qualified as a solicitor since 1982.
Since that time, Paul has specialised in representing his clients in a wide variety of legal matters. His work primarily focuses on Personal Injury Litigation. Paul has been a member of the Technology Committee of the Law Society, is a current member of the Apil Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is a serving member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Litigation Committee.
Paul has a keen interest in all matters involving cycling and has particular expertise in the area of Road Traffic Accidents.”
Sharon Tracey, BA (UCD), ACA. Sharon has been involved in the practice since 1995. She spent her training years in KPMG after which she worked in Bank of Ireland for 4 years. Sharon has many years of experience in Practice Planning and Development. Along with responsibility for the Financial Management of the practice she undertakes an overall management and quality assurance role.
Sharon heads up our Debt Collection Department and brings her considerable experience in the world of Accountancy to assist our clients
Piarais Neary has been with the Firm since qualifying and joining us in 2006.
A valuable member of the team his areas of expertise include Personal Injury Litigation, Family Law, Employment Law, he has successfully acted on behalf of many clients in high profile cases in the High Court and Circuit Court.
He has extensive contacts with Counsel and experts in Ireland and a wealth of experience in dealing with the Irish litigation procedure.
Piarais prides himself on establishing trusting relationship with clients and achieving the best result he can for a client, he was involved in the firm achieving the Excellence Through people Standard in order to continue to provide excellent service to clients.
Piarais is also a member of A.P.I.L and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
Caoimhe practises in the firm’s Litigation Department having joined the team in May 2009. She has gained a broad range of experience as a Litigation Solicitor. She advises on all aspects of Litigation from personal injury litigation to debt recovery. She regularly appears before the Circuit and High Courts.
Caoimhe graduated from University College Cork with a 2:1 honours degree in Law before qualifying as a solicitor form the Law Society of Ireland in 2007. She also holds a Diploma in Commercial Litigation from the Law Society.
