A European Enforcement Order can now be obtained when Judgment has been obtained in another EU state.

Uncontested Judgment:

We would require the following documentation from yourselves:

1. European Enforcement Order Certificate issued from UK Court
2. Bank Certificate certifying euro equivalent of Judgment
3. Copy of UK Judgment

On receipt of these papers we would be in a position to:

1. Prepare Order
2. Lodge Papers with High Court - This requires attendance in High Court Offices
3. Communicate with High Court to establish when the papers were signed off.
4. Collect papers from High Court - again this requires attendance at Court Offices
5. Serve papers on Debtor by Certified Post
6. Update you at each stage.

The cost of this service is €600 - costs are not recoverable.
