Costs and Fees in accident cases
Our aim is to recover as much of the legal costs and fees possible from the person, company or body responsible for your injuries - or their insurers.
If and when a settlement of a case is offered, we will advise you in writing of the amount of the offer, the extent of recoverable costs and the net settlement amount.
This ensures that you will have a clear record of the financial aspects of your case prior to any settlement.
In contentious business, a solicitor may not calculate fees or other charges as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement.
