Don’t Delay – Take Immediate Action

The biggest advice that I could offer to people who find themselves with unpaid invoices is DONT delay. Most people feel that taking legal action should be the last resort and almost all of our clients will tell you that they were hoping to sort the matter out themselves and that they delayed in contacting us in the hope of making a successful recovery. This is understandable, however, if a someone owes you money you can almost guarantee that you are not the only person they owe money to. And when this is the case it is the early bird that catches the worm.

If you delay in taking action against a Debtor then you could potentially be deminishing your chances of recovering the money. If you take immediate action whether it be a simple demand letter or if needs be issue court proceedings you will stand a better chance of recovering your money.

It is therefore crucial the you act immediately at the first sign of trouble, don’t let people string you along and remember there are no friends in business!!!
